How do I sign up for service?

You can get started by submitting a request through our website or contacting our team directly. We’ll review your location, property type, and service needs to recommend the most appropriate pickup schedule and service plan.

Pickup is scheduled on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, depending on your location and assigned route. Once your service is set up, we’ll confirm your exact pickup day and schedule.

We follow Nantucket’s waste and recycling guidelines to ensure proper handling and environmental compliance. Materials must be separated correctly.

Household Trash & Kitchen Waste

  • Food waste and organic materials
  • Animal waste
  • Paper goods and light cardboard
  • Styrofoam and lightweight disposable plastics All trash must be placed in clear plastic bags unless using approved commercial containers.

Recycling Materials

  • Glass bottles (bagged separately)
